Payment methods
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer:

Delivery
- Depending on the size of your order, we will ship it with a parcel service of our choice. Since we mainly ship with DHL, shipping to packing stations is possible without any problems in most cases. In this case, enter the packing station as the delivery address. Please don't forget to include your customer number.
- Please check your delivery address and make sure it is complete. Remember to include a company name if necessary. This is the only way to avoid unnecessary delays and costs.
- By default we only ship within Germany. When sending to other European countries, separate prices, postage costs and payment and delivery conditions are charged. When delivering abroad, costs may also arise due to customs and taxes in the destination country. The best way to get information about this is to contact your local customs office.

The (standard/express) shipping costs are visible during the ordering process. At this point it is still possible to cancel the order without any problems.
Delivery times
In general, the delivery time for a DHL package is approximately one to three working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Availability information
If you order by 12 p.m., shipping will usually take place on the same day.
